Hi Gavin! I want to tell you that we had a fantastic trip, full of different experiences, places, animals, people, food, etc. This would not have been possible without your personal involvement and support, attention to detail, sense of urgency and objectivity. I have never worked with a group of people so dedicated and concerned with the traveller's needs. Literally, we did not have a single glitch during our time in SA, not only that, it was made even better with the whole involvement of the Wild Wings team when I got myself into trouble.
I want to make a special mention to Nicky Firer who worked us like clockwork and persevered to make sure we got in all the sightings and places in Kruger. She sure understood the importance of keeping to a schedule. After we reflected on everything we had seen with her it all clicked. We really appreciated her deep knowledge and love for the work she does.
So although a quick note does not capture everything you did for us, I again want to congratulate the whole team on your support and professionalism. Be sure you have a Wild Wings advocate in Mexico and will make every effort to promote SA over here. Again many thanks and hope to see you soon back in SA!
