How does payment work?
Booking with Wild Wings Safaris involves a straightforward payment process. Once your itinerary is finalised, a 30% deposit secures your booking, with the balance due seven weeks prior to departure. If you book within seven weeks of your trip, full payment is required at the time of booking.
We accept secure payments via major credit cards or wire transfers, with no additional fees for card payments. For wire transfers, any associated bank fees must be covered by you. As bonded members of SATSA and ABTA, we ensure financial security and peace of mind for your payments.
Wild Wings Safaris offers a clear and transparent payment process to make your booking seamless. After finalising your itinerary and quote, you'll need to complete our booking form and agree to our terms and conditions. To secure your reservation, we require a 30% advance payment of the total cost. If you've already paid a commitment fee, it will be credited toward your deposit. The remaining balance must be settled at least seven weeks (49 days) before your departure. For bookings made within seven weeks of travel, the full amount is payable upfront.
We accept payments via secure online credit card transactions or by wire transfer. While we don't charge extra fees for credit card payments, any wire transfer fees or foreign exchange costs must be covered by you, ensuring the full quoted amount clears into our account. As fully bonded members of SATSA and ABTA, we guarantee financial protection and security, allowing you to book with complete confidence.
