The Twelve Apostles Hotel & Spa has 11 Classic Rooms, 10 Milkwood Rooms and 12 Mountain-facing Rooms all of which have private balconies or terraces with large sliding glass doors and 13 Ocean- or Mountain-facing Luxury Rooms. Nine open-plan Superior Sea-facing Rooms with sunken lounges are ideal for couples travelling with one child under the age of 12. There are also 14 One-bedroom Suites with either Atlantic Ocean or mountain-facing views that are also suitable for families travelling with a child under the age of 12 and some of the suites are available for guests accompanied by small pets.

In-room amenities include tea- and coffee-making facilities, a fully stocked mini-bar, international adaptors, air-conditioning, beach towels and umbrellas, an electronic safe, pillow and soap menus, bathrobes and slippers, children's gowns, toy baskets, high chairs, baby car seats and tepee tents.

The Presidential Suite

The luxurious, 151-square-metre Presidential Suite has a private lounge, an eight-seater dining room and a private wraparound terrace. The principal bedroom and bathroom with a free-standing antique marble bath provide panoramic views of the Twelve Apostles Mountains, Lion's Head and the Atlantic Ocean. There's also a wood-panelled dressing room or study and a second bathroom. The Presidential Suite has marble floors with under-floor heating, imported Italian chandeliers, antique mirrors and a beautiful art collection.

The award-winning, fine-dining Azure Restaurant offers sweeping views of the Atlantic Ocean and serves contemporary French- and Asian-inspired South African cuisine. The Leopard Bar is a popular cocktail spot in Cape Town where locals and hotel guests like to gather to watch the sunset. The exclusive-use Apostles Braai, located in the hotel's gardens, offers beautiful sea and sunset views. We love everything about this luxury boutique hotel. The views of the Twelve Apostles Mountain Range in the back and the Atlantic Ocean out front are beautiful, the restaurants are wonderful, the service is fantastic and the complimentary shuttle service to the V&A Waterfront and Camps Bay is very convenient. The Twelve Apostles Hotel & Spa makes for the perfect home base if you want to combine day trips to Cape Town and the Cape Peninsula with hiking and relaxing.
