Tour consultant, Corlie Liebenberg, was always prompt and courteous to meet our needs for our Christmas holiday in South Africa. She handled all air, lodging and ground transfers without a hitch. Truly a remarkable feat bringing our family from across the globe to convene for a Christmas Safari.
Our guides were top-notch, spoke fluent English and explained every facet of wild-life in marvellous detail. We hiked Table Top Mountain in Cape Town and took in many a fine restaurant on the recommendation of Wild Wings.

Our experience
Premier Hotel, OR Tambo International
Situated in Gladiator Street, Rhodesfield, Premier Hotel O.R. Tambo is 1.2 km from the airport and only 800 metres from the Rhodesfield Gautrain (rapid rail) station, with connections to Sandton City taking a mere 12 minutes. The hotel also offers a complimentary airport shuttle.
Elephant Plains Game Lodge
Elephant Plains Game Lodge is situated on the banks of the dry Manyeleti river overlooking a permanent waterhole in the Sabi Sand Game Reserve within the Greater Kruger National Park. This affordable 4-star lodge is an excellent safari destination offering prime game viewing and perfect photographic opportunities.
Kambaku River Sands
Perched comfortably on the banks of a perennial river, Kambaku River Sands is a luxurious but affordable safari destination in Timbavati Private Game Reserve. The camp is unfenced and shares unfenced borders with Kruger National Park, so wildlife - large and small - are free to roam through the camp and the reserve as a whole.
