Your knowledge, experience and organisational skills were completely in evidence from the first e-mail contact. All necessary information was provided well in advance in a clear and concise manner, including our special requests for hotels, car hire and data in support of our visa application. Armed with this information, I felt quite confident that our trip would go smoothly and so it proved to be. Our guide (Simon) was an excellent host, good humoured, extremely knowledgeable, helpful in every way and an excellent chef to boot!

Transfers were faultless, timely and comfortable. Our accommodation was comfortable and perfectly adequate for our needs. Meals (cooked by Simon) were excellent, convivial affairs which lent an old-world charm to the safari experience. The experience of evening meals on the verandah while listening to the wildlife and watching the sunset will live in my memory for ever.

Game viewing was exceptional. To see the Big 5 twice in the space of three days must surely rank as unique, while the additional bonus of sighting a Leopard as we exited Kruger Gate on our final day was absolutely wonderful. I do not believe that our exceptional game viewing was purely by chance, rather more due to the professionalism and experience displayed by Simon.

I want to especially thank you and all the team for your efforts in attempting to locate the jacket lost by Inga. While it was one of her favourites, she agrees that the safari experience was well worth the loss!!

In short - our experience with Wild Wings was excellent throughout, remarkable value for money and to be repeated at the earliest opportunity.

Many Thanks to you and everybody,

Best Regards

John
