What Happens Next?

Your enquiry will be assigned to an Africa Safari Specialist, who will introduce themselves and become your dedicated point of contact.

They'll review what you've told us and may ask a few follow-up questions about your travel dates, who is travelling, your budget, interests or anything else they need to understand before making recommendations.

From there, you'll work with the same specialist to start shaping your safari.

When Will We Contact You?

Our Africa Safari Specialists work Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm South African time (GMT+2/CAT).

If you've submitted your enquiry outside office hours, over a weekend or on a South African public holiday, we'll respond when the team is back in the office.

A Note About Our Commitment Fee

During particularly busy periods, we may ask for a small commitment fee of ZAR 1,800 / US$100 / £85 per person before undertaking detailed itinerary planning.

Planning a tailor-made safari can involve considerable research, availability checks and communication with lodges and other suppliers. When enquiry volumes are high, the commitment fee helps us manage the time our Africa Safari Specialists dedicate to detailed itinerary planning.

The fee is not an additional cost if you book your safari with us. If you go ahead with your Wild Wings safari, 100% of the commitment fee is credited towards the cost of your trip.

If you decide not to proceed with the booking, the commitment fee is non-refundable.

Not every enquiry will require a commitment fee. Your Africa Safari Specialist will let you know if one applies before any payment is requested.
