Nestled in the heart of the Garden Route on a secluded country estate, Knysna Hollow is a gracious and contemporary country retreat set on 3 hectares of lush indigenous gardens alive with birdsong. It’s the perfect base from which to explore the myriad attractions and endless activities this beautiful area has to offer.
Modern, Air-conditioned Garden Suites
The newly-built 44 Garden Suites are bright and spacious. Each unit has king-size beds with satellite TV, tea & coffee stations, laptop safes, mini-bar fridges, guest amenities and private patios overlooking the gardens and two sparkling swimming pools.
Four adjoining rooms offer inter-leading passageways which can become two double-room family suites. Another 8 rooms offer sleeper couch sofas perfect for one or two children under 12 years sharing with parents.
Modern Manor House
The focal point of the Estate, the contemporary Manor House is home to the casual restaurant and bar, reception, sun deck and internet library. Authentic local food is available throughout the day. A private dining room is available for small family functions. Enjoy an ice-cold craft beer or bespoke gin and tonic or choose from of the country's finest wines from independent estates from their small private wine cellar.

Knysna is known as the Jewel of the Garden Route for good reason! Its expansive lagoon offers a wealth of water and boating activities; you can enjoy many scenic drives or hikes through ancient, indigenous forests; for golfers, there’s a choice of world-class golf courses with fabulous views; treetop canopy adventures; township tours; visits to the Knysna elephants and, of course, expansive white beaches, some in national reserves.
Knysna itself bustles with interesting craft and international shopping outlets, eateries, coffee shops, the Quays and Thesen Island. It's famous for its oysters and craft breweries.

Getting There
Knysna Hollow is only 45 minutes from George and 2.5 hours from Port Elizabeth, both of which have airports. It’s easily accessible from the scenic N2 highway. A meet & greet airport service is available as well as a town shuttle service.
