Set in lovely gardens shaded by towering indigenous trees, Perry’s Bridge Hollow Boutique Hotel is in the heart of colonial-style Perry’s Bridge Trading Post and Lifestyle Centre, minutes away from many of Lowveld’s attractions.
There are 31 spacious twin rooms and three family suites, each fully air-conditioned and en-suite with indoor and outdoor showers, mini-safes, tea and coffee making facilities, mini-fridges and your own private patio looking out over the Lowveld or the tranquil swimming pool.
Onsite restaurants and shops
Perry’s Afro-chic Kuka Restaurant serves sumptuous meals – breakfasts, lunches, dinners, coffees and cakes as well as delicious cocktails. The Trading Post also offers a selection of coffee shops and restaurants, clothing boutiques and everything from a deli, curio shop, décor store and hairdresser to a tourist info centre. There’s also an animal farm, playground for children and a Tree-Top Skyways Challenge – something for all ages.
Spoilt for Choice
There’s so much to do in and around Hazyview. For starters, it’s minutes to the famous Kruger National Park – arguably the most game-diverse park in Africa. It’s a short drive from here to the many well-known unusual sites and scenic attractions of the Panorama Route:

There are also numerous activities on offer in the area: paint balling, quad biking, abseiling, rafting, white water tubing, kayaking, hot air ballooning, microlighting, helicopter flights, horse riding, boat cruises, visits to reptile parks, chimpanzee sanctuaries and more. By car: It’s about a 4.5-hour drive on the N4 from Johannesburg, via Nelspruit. Road transfers are also available.
By air: Daily flights connect to Nelspruit’s Kruger Mpumalanga International Airport (KMIA) from where it’s another hour’s drive to Perry’s Bridge. It’s about 1.25 hours from Hoedspruit’s Eastgate Airport. Meet and greet transfers are available from the lodge.
