This is a great choice for first-time visitors to Cape Town, or if you need any assistance with anything to do with the Mother City. They have an excellent Concierge service which is geared to help you get the most out of your stay in this beautiful city and assist with whatever you need. It's also perfectly located, within walking distance to a heap of attractions, restaurants and nightlife - and it's on major bus routes.
