What to expect on a trip to Victoria Falls

Victoria Falls is a two hour flight from Johannesburg and can be visited on the Zambian side or Zimbabwe side. It is an hour away from the town of Kasane in the north of Botswana, which makes Victoria Falls a popular destination to include at the start or end of a safari to Botswana.

While Victoria Falls can be visited as a stand-alone destination, most people combine it with a longer trip to Southern Africa which includes other destinations as well.
