All of the rooms are air-conditioned and have fitted overhead fans. To add that extra element of luxury, there is a complimentary mini bar, en suite bathrooms and tea and coffee making facilities in each room. All rooms and suites are stylishly furnished in Rhodesian teak and feature African carvings and paintings to add the feeling of an authentic African experience.

Chobe Game Lodge offers a choice of various land and water activities, all of which are led by resident professional guides. Game drives are conducted in the early morning and late afternoon on open 4x4 vehicles, ensuring maximum visibility. Game viewing cruises on the Chobe River can be conducted by small motorised boat or on a larger riverboat (great for game viewing). The resident guides also offer walking safaris in the nearby Kasane forests, garden and river walks and star gazing presentations. Game viewing near the riverside is ideal as many animals congregate at the waters edge to drink, especially in the dry season from May to October. Magnificent sightings of wild dog, red lechwe, lion, giraffe and elephant are common.

International and local dishes are served in the terrace restaurant overlooking the Chobe river. Alternatively, they may be enjoyed in the shade of Mahogany trees in the outside reed boma (where you may be treated to a performance by traditional dancers). There is a fully equipped, air-conditioned conference room and business center. For those needing to keep in touch, broadband internet access is available at the stylish Thwene cigar bar as well as an invitation to a game of snooker at the full-sized snooker table. There is a wildlife reference library to peruse at your convenience, a lounge in which to relax and a terrace from which to admire the scenic beauty of the Chobe River. The lodge also boasts a well equipped gym as well as a spa and wellness center (optional extra). A well-stocked curio shop and the large swimming pool offer more ways to stay entertained whilst soaking up the essence of one of Botswana's most exclusive safari resorts.

The Chobe National Park is one of the most popular and most accessible game reserves in Botswana. Situated in the far north of Botswana, Chobe includes the Savute area which is known for high concentrations of lions and elephants, and of course the Chobe River floodplain, where herds upon herds of animals gather in the dry season between May and October. The game reserve is most easily accessed from Kasane, a town just to the east of the park on the banks of the Chobe River, close to the border with Zimbabwe.
